We are seeking a Construction Professional with Contract Admin experience looking to work with our team of Project Management Consultants to assist our Clients (Developers and Builders) in the successful delivery of their Construction Projects. 
This opportunity will allow you to work across both multi residential & commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities to include but not be limited to the following:
 Involvement on multiple projects from initiation to completion with main focus on Class 2 Buildings
 Involvement on multiple projects from initiation to completion with main focus on Class 2 Buildings Project scheduling, project tracking, assist the Project Managers in defining the project documentation, project plan, activities, milestones, and resource requirements

 Initiate, assess, approve & track project RFQ & RFP according to contract terms Managing contractual risks - WHS, QA, budgets, and schedules

 Processing claims and variations Ensuring that quality assurances are completed, recorded, and meet company standards and project scope

Qualifications and Requirements:
We are currently accepting applications from candidates with the following skills and qualifications:
 At least 3-5 years of experience in a Contract Administrator role preferable on Class 2 Buildings in NSW
